Our committee members and leaders of ongoing free programs — choirs, clubs, and cultural initiatives — carry out all of their work purely as volunteers, offering professional-level skills in project management, policy writing, communication, media, and community engagement.
Our facilitators of paid workshops are fairly compensated for their time, but the foundation of Prima Nota runs on volunteer energy, care, and expertise.
That’s why respect, clear communication, and kind language are not optional — they’re part of who we are.
Swearing, verbal aggression, personal attacks, or jokes with sexual undertones are never acceptable forms of expression here.
We believe words shape the space we share — and in Prima Nota, they build safety, not fear.
