• all current and future organisational policies adopted by Prima Nota Inc.,
• the governance framework of the organisation,
• decisions made by the Committee in accordance with the Constitution,
• all relevant requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act 1985 (SA).

3. Legal and Ethical Responsibilities

I understand my legal, fiduciary, and ethical responsibilities as a Committee member, including but not limited to:
• acting in good faith and for a proper purpose,
• maintaining confidentiality of all Committee discussions and documents,
• avoiding conflicts of interest and declaring them when they arise,
• exercising due care, diligence, and integrity in all organisational matters,
• supporting organisational compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.

4. Communication and Conduct

I agree to:
• maintain respectful, professional communication with other Committee members,
• use official organisational communication channels appropriately,
• ensure that any external representation of Prima Nota Inc. aligns with Committee decisions and adopted policies.

5. Commitment to Clarification

I undertake to seek clarification from the Chairperson or Secretary if any governance matter, policy requirement, or procedural aspect is unclear to me.

6. Acknowledgement of Ongoing Updates

I acknowledge that Prima Nota Inc. may update, amend, or adopt new policies, and I agree to familiarise myself with any changes as they are approved and published on the website.
