Community Stories & Evidence — Intro Workshop

You already create impact.
This session helps you show it clearly and confidently – without corporate language, without data tools, and without overthinking.

Who it’s for

Community leaders who already have activity and information-
attendance lists, photos, comments, participant stories, small results-
and want to turn it into clear, credible impact evidence.

Ideal for:
• Community and cultural organisers
• Arts and youth program leads
• Volunteer coordinators
• New & emerging initiatives building credibility
• Groups preparing for grants, council partnerships, or reporting

If you already have data and stories, and just need a clear structure to verify, organise, and present them, this is for you.

You will learn
• What “impact storytelling” really means for grassroots work
• A simple way to check if your information is clean and usable
• How to shape what you already have into a clear evidence narrative
• How to speak about your work confidently and without jargon
• The difference between “activity” and “impact” in plain language

You will leave with

A simple impact-story template
A clean phrasing structure for your narrative
Confidence and clarity in how to talk about your work
