Supporting migrant women-led small businesses is something we truly value at Prima Nota.

Today members of our committee had the pleasure of attending a wonderful demo class hosted by Terra Fiera Studio, led by a Ukrainian-born, Russian-speaking professional chef and migrant entrepreneur.

As part of our Folk Pancake Festival Maslenitsa SA preparations, we worked with Terra Fiera Studio on gluten-free and vegan blini- traditional Slavic crepes, similar to French crepes. Today she kindly welcomed our team for a cozy hands-on workshop showing us how they are made.

What stood out to us is that this is not a casual hobby class. It’s led by a true professional who approaches her craft with skill, structure, and attention to detail- while still creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the room.

It’s a beautiful balance: professional expertise combined with genuine hospitality.

The class was easy to follow, the gluten-free blini were delicious, and the experience felt relaxed, intimate, and inspiring. You leave not only with new knowledge, but also with the feeling that you’ve spent time in great company.

And honestly, even if you think you can’t make blini… you probably can 😊

We warmly recommend followingTerra Fiera Studio and keeping an eye out for upcoming workshop dates.

Supporting passionate migrant entrepreneurs like this helps our community grow stronger. 🤍
