Event: Folk Pancake Festival Maslenitsa SA 2026
Date: Sunday, 15 February 2026
Location: Linde Reserve, Stepney SA

3. Supply

Party B agrees to prepare and supply pancakes for resale by Party A at the Event.

Final preparation to be completed no later than Saturday, 14 February 2026.

Food must be prepared in a compliant food preparation environment and be suitable for transport, storage, and resale.

This Agreement reflects a collaborative arrangement for a community festival and is intended to be carried out reasonably and in good faith by both parties.

4. Price, Ingredients and Payment

Ingredient costs (mandatory reimbursement):
Party A will reimburse the reasonable cost of ingredients required to prepare the agreed supply of pancakes.
Ingredient purchases must be supported by store receipts, which Party B agrees to provide for reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
Reimbursement of ingredient costs will be made by bank transfer prior to the Event or promptly upon receipt of receipts, as agreed between the parties.

Payment for prepared food:
Payment for the supplied pancakes will be made after the Event, within 14 days, by bank transfer, following reconciliation of sales.

5. Delivery

Delivery date: Saturday, 14 February 2026

6. Food Safety and Responsibilities

Party B is responsible for food preparation, hygiene, ingredients, and food safety up to the point of delivery, in accordance with applicable food safety laws and guidelines.

Party A is responsible for food handling, storage, heating (if applicable), and resale after delivery.

Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to meet food safety and regulatory requirements.

Party B indemnifies Party A against claims arising from food safety issues or regulatory non-compliance occurring prior to delivery.

7. Cancellation

If the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond Party A’s control, the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding payment for goods already produced and ingredient costs already incurred.
