Format of participation
• Participation is in a small, limited table format within the general festival environment.
• Participation is for crafts and non-edible items only.
• I am participating as part of the festival, and not as an independent commercial vendor or business stall.
• This format is intended for small-scale creative participation and differs from standard vendor participation.

Fees and sales
• A $20 participation fee applies, which covers table costs only.
• No additional stall rental fees apply.
• No sales commissions apply.
• I retain all proceeds from my sales.

Promotion and conduct
• Where possible, I support the festival by naturally sharing information about my participation in Maslenitsa, either on social media and/or verbally, in a friendly and informal way.
• Promotion must remain appropriate to the Local Creative format (no large signage, banners, or market-style setup).

General understanding
• I understand that this format is different from participation as an independent vendor.
• This participation does not constitute a commercial partnership.
• Final placement, setup format, and participation approval remain at the discretion of the festival organisers.
