Play a Game

Strategy. Suspense. Storytelling. And a whole lot of laughter.

Join us for one of Prima Nota’s signature Cosa Ostra game nights — a cultural spin on the classic Mafia/Werewolf format. These games are open to teens, adults, and families, and are designed to help players connect across languages, generations, and cultures.

Whether you’re new to Adelaide or have lived here for years, our game nights offer a playful way to meet people, explore identity, and experience storytelling in action.

What to Expect:
• Custom-designed character cards based on folklore, history, or holiday themes
• Games run in Russian, English, or both
• Welcoming, inclusive players — beginners are always welcome
• No acting skills needed (unless you want to show off)

We host games:
• At community centres and libraries
• As part of festivals and special events
• At our bi-weekly regular game night series at Plant 3/4, Bowden
• In schools and youth spaces (by booking)

Choose Your Setting:
• Community Nights – for adults and older teens (Russian-speaking and allies)
• Family & Youth Editions – simplified games with cooperative play and soft storytelling
• School or Library Workshops – educational versions tailored to curriculum or cultural celebration

Why Join?
• Make friends in a safe, relaxed environment
• Practice strategic thinking and social cues
• Reconnect with your culture — or someone else’s
• Have fun in ways that don’t involve screens
