The Prima Nota team took the lead by:
🌞 Developing the festival’s overall structure and artistic concept
🎭 Coordinating participants, volunteers, and artistic groups
📬 Managing communications with partners and suppliers
🎨 Overseeing design and site aesthetics
🛠️ Handling all logistical and technical arrangements
