Community Impact & Data Literacy Programme
Helping migrant-led and grassroots organisations understand and communicate their impact
Prima Nota provides community-focused support to strengthen data literacy, reporting confidence, and transparent communication within migrant-led and grassroots organisations.
This programme is delivered on a modest cost-recovery basis. Contributions are structured below commercial market rates and are intended to partially offset delivery and administrative costs. Any surplus income is reinvested into Prima Nota’s charitable programmes.
This programme advances Prima Nota’s charitable objectives by:
- Strengthening organisational capacity within migrant and CALD communities
- Improving transparency and accountability in community initiatives
- Supporting evidence-informed programme planning
- Enhancing community participation in funding and civic systems
Accessible data literacy empowers grassroots organisations to communicate their work clearly and responsibly.
All support is educational and capacity-building in nature.
Impact Reporting Support
Facilitated guidance in structuring and presenting programme outcomes in clear, visual formats (typically 5–10 pages). Organisations remain responsible for final reporting decisions and submission.
Simple Data Dashboard Setup
Assistance in setting up basic tracking tools in Excel or Google Sheets to monitor attendance, participation, and engagement metrics.
Community Needs Snapshot
High-level demographic overview using publicly available data to inform programme planning.
Data Literacy Training
Training sessions (1–2 hours) to build confidence in collecting, interpreting, and presenting data responsibly.
