Join a Choir

No auditions. No pressure. Just your voice — as it is.

Prima Nota runs two welcoming choirs that centre the voices and experiences of Russian-speaking migrants in South Australia:
• Prima Vera – for girls aged 12–20
• Prima Voce – for men aged 18+

Whether you’re a complete beginner, someone who used to sing, or just looking for connection — our choirs are open to you. We rehearse weekly, sing in multiple languages, and perform at community festivals, concerts, and events throughout the year.

Why Join?
• Reconnect with Russian-language music and culture
• Build confidence and find your voice
• Be part of something uplifting, structured, and fun
• Join a community that understands your journey

No Experience Needed

We don’t ask for formal music training or perfect pitch — just curiosity, commitment, and kindness.

Both choirs are led by skilled migrant musicians who understand the importance of a safe, encouraging space. We also offer light vocal coaching and performance opportunities at your own pace.
