🟩 Community / School Group Rate (Subsidised)

For not-for-profits, schools, and community organisations:
• $150 flat fee (up to 25 students/persons)
(one standard class)
• +$5 per additional student/person (if more than 25 students, max 30)

Includes:
– 1.5-hour interactive workshop facilitated by a trained moderator
– Choice of Classic Strategy Game (neutral version) or Folklore Storytelling Edition (Slavic, Celtic & more)
– Curriculum links to teamwork, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding (aligned with Australian Curriculum general capabilities)
– All materials provided (game kits, role sheets, and optional teacher handouts for post-session reflection)
– Delivered by facilitators holding WWCC and RRHAN-EC training

💡 This fee includes all facilitator costs, materials, and alignment with Australian Curriculum outcomes. Prima Nota facilitators hold current Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and RRHAN-EC training for safe delivery in school settings.

For birthdays and gatherings of family or friends
$250 flat fee (up to 12 players)
+$15 per additional player (max 30 players per session)

Includes:
– 1.5–2 hour interactive session (or 1 hour for kids)
– Choice of Classic Strategy Game or Folklore Storytelling Edition
– Optional Specialty Themes
– Printed game kits + role cheat sheets
– Professional moderator
