We attended the Governance Workshop as part of the Effective Masterclass Series with Constance Jones- and honestly, it was a really solid session.<\/p>\n

Constance has a very grounded, no-nonsense way of talking about governance and leadership. You can tell she\u2019s deeply experienced in the community sector, and it comes through in how practical and relevant everything is.\u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n

Thank you to Multicultural Communities Council of SA (MCCSA) for putting this series together. These kinds of spaces are genuinely important- not just to learn, but to step back and reflect on how we\u2019re actually operating as organisations.<\/p>\n

We took away a few really useful ideas- some new, some that just clicked differently this time.<\/p>\n

At Prima Nota we\u2019re quite intentional about how we build and grow, so sessions like this do make a difference.<\/p>\n
