Governance update \u2014 thank you, members<\/p>\n

We\u2019re pleased to share that Prima Nota Inc.\u2019s amended constitution was formally approved and registered by Consumer and Business Services SA on 6 January.<\/p>\n

This update reflects our commitment to democratic governance, transparency, and strong foundations as our organisation continues to grow.<\/p>\n

A heartfelt thank you to our members who took the time to attend the Special General Meeting, engage in discussion, and vote on the proposed changes. Your participation is what keeps Prima Nota accountable, community-driven, and future-focused.<\/p>\n
