FACILITATORS WANTED- WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES<\/p>\n

Folk Pancake Festival Maslenitsa SA 2026
\n\ud83d\udccd Linde Reserve, Stepney \u00b7 \ud83d\uddd3 15 February 2026, 1pm – 9pm<\/p>\n

We are inviting artists, makers, and cultural practitioners to deliver hands-on workshops and masterclasses as part of Maslenitsa SA 2026- a community-run Slavic folk festival celebrating food, music, and culture.<\/p>\n

Workshop formats:<\/p>\n

Option 1. Festival program (recommended)
\n\u2022 Workshop runs as part of the official festival program
\n\u2022 Participant donations are collected by the festival
\n\u2022 70% to facilitator \/ 30% to festival (to cover costs)
\n\u2022 Covered under the festival\u2019s insurance
\n\u2022 Festival provides space, scheduling, and promotion
\n\u2022 Materials costs discussed individually (may be shared or partially covered where possible)<\/p>\n

Option 2. Independent workshop
\n\u2022 Facilitator runs the workshop independently
\n\u2022 Facilitator retains 100% of participant payments
\n\u2022 Facilitator provides their own insurance and promotion
\n\u2022 Workshop is listed as an independent activity within the festival<\/p>\n

We are interested in:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Traditional and folk crafts
\n\u2022 Children\u2019s creative workshops
\n\u2022 Textile, embroidery, doll-making, mask-making
\n\u2022 Decorative arts, paper crafts, painting
\n\u2022 Other culturally aligned hands-on activities<\/p>\n
