(welisten@primanota.org.au)<\/li><li>Assign a buddy volunteer for your first 3 months<\/li><li>Provide monthly peer supervision sessions<\/li><li>Protect your privacy and confidentiality at all times<\/li><li>Provide access to professional support if you are affected by the role<\/li><li>Keep you informed of changes that affect your role<\/li><li>Actively seek your feedback to improve the program<\/li><li>Apply our complaints procedure fairly if needed<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class='ff-el-group  ff-custom_html' tabindex='-1' data-name=\"hr2\" ><hr style=\"border:none;border-top:1px solid #e8e8e8;margin:8px 0\"><\/div><div class='ff-el-group  ff-custom_html' tabindex='-1' data-name=\"volunteer_will\" ><h3 style=\"font-size:14px;font-weight:600;color:#3d2b1f;margin:16px 0 10px\">As a We Listen Volunteer, I will:<\/h3><ul style=\"font-size:13px;color:#444;line-height:1.9;padding-left:20px\"><li>Abide by Prima Nota's Code of Conduct and We Listen policies<\/li><li>Maintain my Working With Children Check (WWCC) currency<\/li><li>Work within a trauma-informed, non-judgemental framework<\/li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all participants<\/li><li>Observe professional boundaries as outlined in my induction<\/li><li>Notify the Coordinator if I cannot attend a scheduled session<\/li><li>Attend monthly peer supervision sessions<\/li><li>Report mandatory reporting situations to the Coordinator immediately<\/li><li>Seek support if I am experiencing vicarious trauma<\/li><li>Give at least 2 weeks notice if I wish to step back from volunteering<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class='ff-el-group  ff-custom_html' tabindex='-1' data-name=\"hr3\" ><hr style=\"border:none;border-top:1px solid #e8e8e8;margin:8px 0\"><\/div><div
