Food Safety and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p>Party B is responsible for food preparation, hygiene, ingredients, and food safety up to the point of delivery, in accordance with applicable food safety laws and guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Party A is responsible for food handling, storage, heating (if applicable), and resale after delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to meet food safety and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Party B indemnifies Party A against claims arising from food safety issues or regulatory non-compliance occurring prior to delivery.<\/p><\/div><div class='ff-el-group  ff-custom_html' tabindex='-1' data-name=\"custom_html-58_9\" ><h3>7. Cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>If the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond Party A\u2019s control, the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding payment for goods already produced and ingredient costs already incurred.<\/p><\/div><div class='ff-el-group  ff-custom_html' tabindex='-1' data-name=\"custom_html-58_10\" ><h3>8.
