participation<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Participation is in a small, limited table format within the general festival environment.<br \/>\u2022 Participation is for crafts and non-edible items only.<br \/>\u2022 I am participating as part of the festival, and not as an independent commercial vendor or business stall.<br \/>\u2022 This format is intended for small-scale creative participation and differs from standard vendor participation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees and sales<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 A $20 participation fee applies, which covers table costs only.<br \/>\u2022 No additional stall rental fees apply.<br \/>\u2022 No sales commissions apply.<br \/>\u2022 I retain all proceeds from my sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promotion and conduct<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Where possible, I support the festival by naturally sharing information about my participation in Maslenitsa, either on social media and\/or verbally, in a friendly and informal way.<br \/>\u2022 Promotion must remain appropriate to the Local Creative format (no large signage, banners, or market-style setup).<\/p>\n<p><strong>General understanding<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 I understand that this format is different from participation as an independent vendor.<br \/>\u2022 This participation does not constitute a commercial partnership.<br \/>\u2022 Final placement, setup format, and participation approval remain
